  * myelin sheath - 
  * myelin (lipid ) + Sheath (cover ) - acts as insulator 
  * nodes pf ranvir - gaps between each sheaths 
  * oligodendrocyte and schwann cells are watchmen/repairmen of insulation or nervous system 
  * microglia are the policeman of nervous system
  * ependymal cells are the fluid caretakers of cns 
  * astrocytes are the food suppliers 
  * somatic (cerebrospinal ) nervous system
  * autonomic (splanchnic ) nervous system
