Muscle is a compound component of nature which in itself contains natural energy brought up at birth which can neither be created nor destroyed. It is the human force by which a person can do many activities either to lift other objects or to lift its own body from one place to another.  

Muscle is shaped manifestation of natural energy or power. More similar to the comparision of goddess of power that is Durga and lord Shiva as the manifestation of it. imagine a stone which can change its size and shape without any external influence , then it can be said to have internal force.
